home remedy for arthiritis

My husband is suffering from arthiritis for the past 2 years - he is taking some Ayurvedic medication but someone said it contains steroids.

Can you suggest some alternative home remedy for curing his arthiritis.

I could be wrong, but I was under the impression that Ayurvedic preparations were made from only specially grown and prepared herbs---surely anything hormonal will be phyto hormonal, and not have the side effects of commercially produced steroids-----

I have psoriatic arthritis, which is somehow different from the other forms.
A couple of nights ago, I was taking an herbal tea which I concocted to help me sleep and to also aid in prevention of a return of my bladder cancer. The tea included Cat's Claw. When I woke up the next day, the arthritis was much reduced. When I checked the internet, I found that Cat's Claw is sometimes used for arthritis.

You should check for side effects and contraindications before using Cat's Claw, as the American Cancer Society has posted some alerts.

Has your husband ever used Epsom salts for his arthritis.Try it and see how
does it works well without side effect.It is more popular remedy for arthritis

They only thing that's not a pain killer pill that works is arthritis hot cream it makes a it a little better.
