Hi!. I see this post has been around for a while without a reply, but maybe this will help others on this forum.
First off, you don't want to treat the symptoms immediately. This is our body's way of flushing toxins out of the system.
If after a couple hours, the symptoms have not gotten any better, here are a few things that will help.
1. drink regular black tea - the tannic acid it contains has an astringent effect
2. blackberry tea or sage tea (sip slowly)
3. ginger tea will help to stop the cramps and pain
I know this sounds like alot of fluid, but you want to be sure you don't become dehydrated when you are experiencing diarrhea.
