| Kindly provide home remedy for allergic colds - I am suffering from colds often - doctor says it is due to the AC in my office.

| I would be cautious of high doses of vitamin C. It can actually cause kidney stones. Take the recommended suggested dose of Vitamin C and try to move your desk if you're under an air conditioning unit.

| I had the same problem last summer, and I'm sure it was because of my AC. I would recommend taking the suggested daily dose of Vitamin C as others have said. When fall came, I started taking Vitamin C daily because I didn't want to get sick in the winter. I have not been sick yet, so I'm sure it's working.
