my boyfriend has had eczema for several years, and has been taking drugs for it, but they dont work as good as they used to. he wants to try alternative medicine but doesn't know where to start. i found an article about it on wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eczema and was wondering if anybody had tried any of the cures listed or have any of their own to share.

Zinc is considered a very good home remedy for all skin conditions. Many people think vitamin C but personally I've always used zinc and zinc supplements to help with any breakout on the skin.

Soak a small piece of gauze with colloidal silver and cover the affected area with it, overnight. You should start to see positive results on the second day.

1) Apply the paste of 1 teaspoon camphor and 1 teaspoon sandalwood on the rashes.

2) Natural vitamin E also work for this problem.

3) Make a lotion of crushed dandelion leaves and apply it.

4) Turmeric powder can also apply as a natural remedy...
