| I have three bulging disc, arthritis in my back and I was having very bad sciatica down my left leg. I started going to the community pool and doing water excersies. I went three and four times a week. I also started taking an herb called Gamma Oryzanol. It's made of brown rice and builds mussel. Athletes take it. This was recommended to me by a friend who was bed ridden and within two weeks was out of bed. I started out taking four a day for months. Then I cute back to two a day. They are very inexpensive. About seven dollars for a bottle of 200. My sciatica is gone. I do not have to take pain pills any longer. I still have twinges with my back, but nothing like I had. It was very painful and I couldn't sleep at night with the pain that shot down my leg. I hope this helps others. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
